Mpule Dlamini

Mpule Dlamini is the Executive Manager: Human Capital. She holds a BA Social Science; Masters Diploma in Human Resources; Programme in Advanced Marketing Management; Advanced Diploma in Business Management; International Executive Development Programme; Leadership Development Programme for Senior Managers. She was appointed on 15 August 2013.

Mpule is a Human Resources Professional with over 30 years’ experience in the field. Her career to-date has included Senior Management stints at Holcim South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Wesbank Head Office, where her responsibilities spanned the breadth of the human resources function, from business partnering to learning and development, industrial relations, performance management and succession management. Mpule also played a pivotal role in the major Human Resource projects of these organisations.

Mpule Dlamini has played an instrumental role in the revitalisation of Land Bank as an organisation that is fit-for-purpose to deliver on its development and transformation mandate, successfully managing both a major organisational review and realignment. This has resulted in a more efficient and effective organisation best placed to effect change in the agricultural sector.
