Mr. Barnaby Mulenga

Mr. Mulenga is the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. His has a Masters in Environmental Science and Law, Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Copperbelt University. He has spent most of his 16-year work career at the Ministry of Lands, where he served in various positions as Permanent Secretary and Commissioner of Lands among others and has experience in Conveyancing and Property Law, Valuation, Labour Law and Social Security and Business Management. He sits on several boards, which include Workers Compensation Control Board, Zambia Development Agency and Public Service Pension Fund.
