Mr. John Baptist Rugambo

He joined the bank on 1st November 1999. Before his current position he worked as Director of Marketing and Research, Marketing Manager, Project Manager Smart Card and Manager Institutional Customers. Before joining CRDB he worked for Citibank as Head of Customer Service and Relationship Officer. He is the Vice Chairman of the Institute of Directors Tanzania. He holds Masters and Bachelor Degrees in International Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the United States International University of Africa, Nairobi.
