Mr. John Nsibande

The Human Capital Department is responsible for people. It does recruitment of staff and ensures that staff members do get opportunities to acquire skills necessary for proficient execution of their roles. The Department sets up and implements human resource policies. It also manages staff welfare such as remuneration, payroll, recreation and employee wellness. Industrial relations is in the centre of the department and the implementation of all employer obligations.
