Mr.PHILIP RAYMOND

Mr. Philip is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (T) with Masters Degree in Finance and Banking from Tumaini University, also holds Bachelor of Accounting and Commerce (B.COM) from University of Dar es salaam. He has been attended various courses in Risk Management, Internal Audit Practices, Project management, Audit Committee, International Reporting Standards, Human Resource and IT Auditing, Operation Risk & Forensic Accounting, Good Governance, leadership and Professional code of ethics, accountancy & accountability in transforming the organization, Risk Based Audit, Asset Liability Management, Loan Documentation and Legal Procedures in Lending and Stress Testing in Risk Management. He has more than 13 years’ working experiences in Auditing, Risk Management, Accounting, Project Appraisals, Planning, Leadership and Management in both Public and Privet sectors. Before joining MUCOBA Bank PLC, Mr. Philip was the Chief Internal Auditor of Mkwawa University and the Head of Internal Audit Unit, before then he was a senior Assistant Internal Auditor, also he was a Secretary of Audit Committee, Member of Finance Committee, Member of Funding and Promotion committee. Mr. Philip also worked with Dodoma District Council as an Accountant and later was appointed to be a TASSAF Project Coordinator; the project was funded by the Word Bank. In 2004 he was employed as an Assistant Accountant at the COW Water International Project funded by Canadian Government in Collaboration with Economic Social Research foundation (ESRF).
