Mr. Sifiso Mnisi

The Air Transport Department is responsible for the economics of the air transport business. It undertakes economic research, analyses data, statistics and formulate products for the Authority’s markets. The Department is largely responsible for the commercial aspect of SWACAA such as new business initiatives and the creation and maintenance of collaborative business relationships. It sets economic regulations and determines fees and levies structures. Environmental issues are under the Air Transport Department. The Department leads the Authority in the discussions of air service negotiations with other states.
