Mr. Steve Elue Ajudua

Mr. Steve Elue Ajudua is an octane Business Policy Activist and a bespoke practitioner of Corporate Transformation. He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the reputable Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc.Prior to joining the LUR Family, he was the GM/COO of NICON Insurance after being saddled with the portfolio of the General Manager (Marketing & Strategy) for a period of Seven (7) years. Sequel to moving to NICON Insurance, he was the Chief Operating Officer with ADIC Insurance in 2007. He also held the post of Regional Director with the erstwhile UBA Insurance from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. Steve Elue Ajudua attended the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, where he studied Actuarial Science and graduated with a second class Honours, in 1991.

He is a holder of Masters in Business Administration, with bias in Marketing from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2006. He has also attended the Executive Masters Class in Strategic Marketing Management course from the illustrious Lagos Business School. He is an incurable seeker for knowledge and has attended diverse international courses with particular focus in Strategy, Leadership, Management, Marketing, Business Planning and Innovation.

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. (CIIN), Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers, Associate, Institute of Pensions Management (AIPM), Full Member, African Business School, Fellow, Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), Associate, Chartered Nigeria Institute of Management, Fellow, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN)

Steve is also an International Speaker who likes reading, playing table tennis and Golf. He is a motivational speaker and an amiable member of the prestigious IBB Golf Club and happily married with Children.
