Mrs. Uche-Okoro Ijeoma Juliet
Mrs. Uche-Okoro is the Director Legal Services, Federal Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry’s representative on the Board of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA). She is a Seasoned Civil Servant with an extensive background in Public Service, who started her career in the Public Service with the Federal Ministry of Justice in 1987. In the course of her career, She has worked in various Sectors of the Public Service while being primarily a Director in the Federal Ministry of Justice itself with the following postings:
- Department of Civil Litigation and Public Law – Federal Ministry of Justice 1987 – 1992.
- Assistant Legal Adviser – Federal Ministry of Power and Steel 1992 – 1997.
- Department of Civil Litigation and Public Law – Federal Ministry of Justice 1997 – 2000
- Legal Adviser to the Presidential Liaison Officer, House of Representatives National Assembly – 2000 – 2002
- Legal Adviser – Federal Ministry of Health 2002 – 2009
- Legal Adviser – Federal Ministry of Information and Communication 2009 – 2011
- Legal Adviser – Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs 2011 – 2014

Mrs. Uche-Okoro has served as a member and Chairman of several Ministerial Committees as well as Member of various Presidential and Inter-Ministerial Committees. She has also served on the Boards of
