Ms. Donnadelliah Maluleke

Donnadelliah R. Maluleke has extensive experience in military aviation maintenance. She is the founder and CEO of DIRTTA (Doing It Right This Time Africa) Aerospace, a company that focuses on providing aircraft parts value chain management. DIRTTA Aerospace aspires to be a true African company that provides solutions to African military organisations and airlines. Ms. Maluleke has both the private and public sector experience in trade and investment promotion and facilitation, investment analysis, market and financial feasibility study development, local economic development plan, deal structuring and has held several developmental roles within the foreign direct investments space.

At DIRTTA Aerospace, Ms Maluleke is responsible for overseeing overall commercial growth strategies. She is also the former Director for Africa, for a global Maintenance Repair and Overhaul service provider based in the US. Prior to her involvement in the aviation and security space, she was responsible for driving foreign direct investment on behalf of South Africa in the United States, as a diplomat and commercial attaché. During this tenure, she also became President of CITCA in Chicago representing International Trade Commissioners serving within the Midwestern state of the US.

Prior to these roles, she worked in South Africa as a FDI facilitator of the province of Limpopo and at the Industrial Development Corporation as a deal maker after starting her career at KPMG South Africa a business consultant.

She holds a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and is graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive MBA programme.
