Ms. Mary Njeri Mungai

Mrs. Mary Mungai aged 58, is the Commissioner for Co-operative Department, Ventures and Marketing – in the State Department of Co-operatives in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives. The Director holds an MSC in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University in USA and a BSC in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi. Mrs. Mungai has over 34 years’ experience and skills in policy analysis, policy development, project design and project evaluation. She has been involved in implementation of projects funded by Ministries of Agriculture and department of Co-operatives, IFAD, World Bank, GTZ, SIDA, FAO and European Union. The Director is a member of the Institute of Directors of Kenya.
