Ms Nokuthula Dlamini works as Principal Officer in the Ministry of Finance. She has enormous experience in Economics and Fiscal issues. She is not new at SWACAA as she served in the previous SWACAA Board of Directors where she was the Chairperson of the Finance and Investment Committee. She has received in service training on Macroeconomic Management and Fiscal issues from the IMF Institute amongst other trainings. She is also a Board Member of the Sincephetelo MVA Fund.
