Ms. Sylvie Rochier

Ms. Sylvie Rochier (French) started her career with Lafarge in 1989 where she held various senior Management Positions such as Controller and Finance Director for Lafarge Materiaux de Specialities.

Ms. Sylvie Rochier joined the Group Central Finance Services in 2000 and has since then occupied several key roles including Group Vice President, Investment Projects and Group Senior Vice President, Finance. She was also the Financial Controller of Air Products and Chemicals. Inc.

Sylvie Rochier holds other Directorship positions as Chairman of Scarcell Therapeutics SAS, member of the Board of Directors of Cimencam, LafargeHolcim Guinée, LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire and SCB Lafarge.

She joined the Board of Lafarge Africa Plc. on the 26th July 2012 and appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Board with effect from 7th April 2018. Stayed in Nigeria.
