Ms. Vuyisile Hlatshwayo

Vuyisile Hlatshwayo is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of Swaziland and a member of the Law Society of Swaziland. She was in practice from 2008 until she joined the corporate sector in 2010 at the Swaziland Royal Insurance Corporation as a Legal Officer in the Compliance Unit. Vuyisile Hlatshwayo then advanced to the Swaziland Revenue Authority in 2014 where she served as Principal Legal Manager – Compliance. She further advanced her compliance career by obtaining vast knowledge in the compliance sector and obtaining her qualification through the University of Cape Town. Vuyisile thereafter joined Stanlib and Liberty Life Insurance Swaziland in January 2017 as Company Secretary, Risk and Compliance responsible for ensuring good corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
