Muchiri Wahome

Muchiri Wahome holds a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi and an Advanced Certificate in Management from the Strathmore Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Aspen Leadership Institute. With over 20 years of retail experience, Muchiri Wahome is currently the Managing Director of Deacons Kenya Ltd. He chairs the Moi Equator Girls School Board and is also a member of the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) Board as well as the Archdiocese of Nyeri Education Advisory Board. In 2005 he was awarded the Head of State Commendation medal for implementing performance contracts in public institutions on behalf of the Government of Kenya.
