Mulikat Tosin Austin has over six years of experience in the business and entrepreneurship sectors, focusing on skills acquisition, training, and empowerment. Currently, Mulikat Tosin is the Managing Director and CEO of Tosaus International Ltd., an organization that equips women and youth with skills and empowerment in various fields through her training institute in Nigeria. She also gives free basic business training to rural women for them to be empowered. Mulikat Tosin Austin is a Certified Business Analyst (CBA); she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and post-graduate diploma in Entrepreneurship. Mulikat Tosin is driven by her commitment to poverty alleviation; therefore, she specializes in managing women and girls in entrepreneurship development in both urban and rural communities of Nigeria. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Mulikat Tosin plans to continue her work on women’s development, boosting women financial confidence, and ensuring poverty alleviation.
