Muriel Mamoepa-Itholeng is a South African director of Penini Holdings a supply and logistics company. She uses her influence to empower young girls by running a monthly pad drive at a school in Diepsloot. This drive focuses on female personal hygiene and prepares the young ladies for life after high school.

At Penini as the Chief Executive my role is be agile, to create meaningful connections between the brand, the market and our key stakeholders including shareholders, customers, government and our people.
A key area of focus is defragmenting the Business into a coherent, authentic brand story. She is responsible for business growth, leading and delivering against strategy, creative, business and brand awareness and recognition, marketing and strategic partnership relationships.
In addition, I lead marketing competencies, assessment and capability development across Penini Holdings while leading and tracking productivity goals driving best practice.
