Mwadjuma Hélène

Mwadjuma Hélène has three years’ experience in reporting, monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Currently, Mwadjuma Hélène is working as an independent consultant in M&E capacity building, proposal writing, research, and evaluation for humanitarian organizations. Hélène has also worked as an M&E coordinator setting up M&E systems, and accountability and organizational-learning activities. She has also coordinated M&E activities at War Child UK and ZOA, two international NGOs in DR Congo involved in child protection, food security and livelihood activities. In her community, Hélène has worked with vulnerable young mothers to create small livelihood activities so they can provide for their children. Hélène holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University. After the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she plans to continue consulting and will focus on developing an initiative for young mothers in urban areas of DR Congo.
