Naledi Chirwa

Naledi Chirwa is EFF’s youngest parliamentary candidate. 25-year-old Born in Vosloorus and brought up in the dusty streets of Mamelodi under the care of her grandmother and mother, Naledi Chirwa is a gender activist, mother, student and self-proclaimed feminist. 

The #FeesMustFall leader rose to prominence during the #FeesMustFall and #RememberKhwezi movements that shook South Africa between 2015 and early 2017.

She is a qualified theatre practitioner who obtained her BA Drama degree at the acclaimed University of Pretoria.
