Namasiku Bainga

Namasiku Bainga has two years’ working experience in the diamond industry as a graduate in training at Namdeb Diamond Corporation. Namasiku holds an honors degree in Engineering from the University of Namibia .Namasiku Bainga looks forward to knowledge proliferation and heightening her understanding of Business & Entrepreneurship. Her key interests range from energy, engineering and technology, real estate investments, and sustainable farming and development to arts and fashion. Upon completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Namasiku would like to create a similar fellowship program in Namibia, where young leaders across the country can come together and share ideas, experiences and grow their networks. She also plans on setting up workshops or training centers in less privileged areas that will equip locals with basic Business & Entrepreneurship skills.
