Jean Stephane Koffi

Jean Stephane Koffi is a Statistician Economist with three years of experience in the research and public sector. Currently, Idriss is working as a Research Officer within the Customs Department of Budget Ministry in Cote d’Ivoire. He contributes to forecast duties and taxes, monitors customs activities, and evaluate the impacts of tariff reforms. Jean Stephane Koffi previously worked in Education and Financial Inclusion, as Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) specialist at the Ministry of Education Cote d’Ivoire. He also was the Principal Investigator for the Women, Monetary Practices and Technological Innovation project in Cote d’Ivoire. He holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Econometrics from the National Advanced School of Statistics and Applied Economics of Abidjan. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), Idriss plans to work towards the formulation and implementation of public policies.
