On her first attempt to branch out on her own, Nhlanhla has named her album Inguquko (change). We chat to her about the changes in her life and try to get her to tell us a few of her secrets. Watch the video to find out what she reveals.

Nhlanhla is the most written about female personality who has graced both local and international covers and pages including Glamour, Elle, Oprah, and True Love amongst others which entirely reflects the diversity of her lifestyle brand.

She has appeared in a lot of music videos also cast as a celebrity guest on a number of shows and her editorial credits or features include newspapers, television radio, actuality publications, magazines, outdoor, and the web. Nhlanhla has her own signature style, (which has been her passion since childhood) this is the style that has allowed her to be photographed by some of the renowned South Africa’s photographers.

Phew… there’s so many! I’ve had an opportunity to work with Dorothy Masuka. I’ve had an opportunity to work with umam’Busi Mhlongo. Those are two of the female artists that are basically legends. There are so many more. We wanted to work with umam’Miriam Makeba. I also wanted to work with – on my solo album – Letta Mbuli but because she releases her own solo album later this year I couldn’t. But she is one person I’d love to work with
