Nick Langford

Nick Langford is a Chartered General Practise Surveyor with 25 years’ experience of real estate development in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and Asia where he managed the early stage delivery of some major projects.

Most recently Nick lived in Moscow responsible for the leasing of Avia Park, Europe’s largest shopping and entertainment centre and before this in Vietnam delivering the Masterplan of Green Tech City, Hanoi. His development experience covers the whole range of property sectors with the main focus on residential, offices, retail and hotels.
