Njoki Mwihia

Njoki Mwihia is a passionate and highly driven Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ experience. She has been involved in effectively leading Human Resources and Administration functions for large staff complements covering the Eastern Africa region. She worked for several years with international non-governmental organizations namely the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and CARE International. Njoki Mwihia has also worked for over 5 years in the private sector with Tack International and Tetrapak.
Ms Mwihia is a self-driven individual with high levels of innovation and creativity in Kenya. She commits to high standards of performance and strives to develop initiatives that are complimentary to the organization’s core strategic priorities and objectives.
