NKOSANA MBOKANE

Nkosana Mbokane is CEO of Technochange Solutions, the ICT organisation that advises some fortune 500 companies on corporate governance, IT governance, IT strategic planning and enterprise risk management. He manages several data centres for clients in SA.

Mbokane previously worked in various executive positions for global as well as local South African companies, including: Chevron Oil, British American Tobacco, Accenture South Africa, State Information Technology Agency, and the Perishable Products Export Control Board. He is an accomplished public speaker, strategy consultant and governance expert, with more than 20 years’ working experience within the oil and gas, agriculture, FMCG, and IT industry.

He gained international working experience working as an IT project manager, IT executive, strategy consultant and governance compliance officer in various countries, including the UK, USA, Singapore, Philippines, and most of the African countries. Mbokane holds an MBA degree with a distinction in corporate strategy, as well as IT and IT project management qualifications. He has been hosted as a speaker at various seminars, including but not limited to: CIO Africa Summit, IT Leaders Africa Summit, ITWeb, World Retail Africa Summit, and the World Economic Forum. He has served as a non-executive director on various boards of companies in the public and private sector in SA and abroad, where he accumulated many years of board experience.
