Nomkhita Nqweni is on the board of Vodacom Group Ltd., South African Mint Co., South African Bank Note Co. (Pty) Ltd. and Old Mutual Ltd. Ms. Nqweni previously held the position of CEO-Wealth & Investment Management at Absa Group Ltd. Chief Executive of Wealth & Investment Management at Absa Capital Pty Ltd. (Investment Management) and CEO-Wealth, Investment Management & Insurance at ABSA Bank Ltd. (both are subsidiaries of Absa Group Ltd.), Chief Executive Officer for Absa Asset Management Pty Ltd. (Investment Management), Managing Director at Morgan Holdco Ltd. and Managing Director at Alexander Forbes Investments Jersey Ltd. Ms. Nqweni received an undergraduate degree from Rhodes University and a graduate degree from the University of Johannesburg. She was recognised as the All Africa Business Woman of the Year in 2018.
