Nonduduzo Ndlovu

Nonduduzo Ndlovu has over four years of experience in the youth development sector, focusing on nurturing, supporting, and developing youth. Nonduduzo is the Founder and Director for Connections for Change, a non-profit profit organization that creates opportunities for youth to grow through a career-oriented mentorship program and educational support for underprivileged youth in Swaziland. Nonduduzo Ndlovu is also a life coach, motivational speaker, and mentor. Nonduduzo holds a Master of Science in Environmental Economics from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management from the University of Swaziland. She also holds a Leading Change certificate from the University of Cambridge. Nonduduzo is driven by her passion for empowering youth, improving their self-worth through inspiration and motivation so that they will be equipped and encouraged to undertake life-improving opportunities. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Nonduduzo plans to scale up her non-profit organization and continue working to empower youth through coaching, motivational speaking and mentoring.
