Nondumiso Mandisa Pindile Manjezi

Ms Nondumiso Manjezi was appointed to her current position in June 2009. She holds BA and BAdmin degrees and an Honours degree in Development Studies from the University of South Africa.

Her academic qualifications also include a certificate in finance and investment management and a post-graduate diploma in marketing management. Ms Manjezi’s career history includes five years as a programme officer for the Danish International Development Agency before joining the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as a programme manager for the Department of Trade and Industry’s (dti) Technology for Women in Business Programme.

Her public service experience spans provincial and national departments with her having been a director in the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism in the Eastern Cape, and a chief director in the dti. Ms Manjezi has served in various roles on a number of technical and governance committees within and outside the public sector.
