Nonkululeko Mahlangu-Ratseke has years experience in the Real Estate Agency field,Automotive  industries and she has the following academic qualifications;

Nonkululeko Mahlangu-Ratseke is currently a Vice Chairperson of Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industries  Youth Committee (JCCI). She’s in partnership with Europe’s Leading Tank Manufacturer in representation of Southern Africa.

Nonkululeko is a YLC IDEAL Awards 2023 nominee.

She’s creative, she finishes what she starts, she’s very passionate about bringing change to  people and She is a problem solver. She’s a Founder & Managing Director of a very challenging sector that is male dominated and a Founder & Chairperson of an NPO that helps the communities with Skills development Programmes, she then opens local and international markets for the products that is produced, a Director of Tubatse Maximus Holdings specialising in Charcoal and Briquette Manufacturing.

She’s not only in the fossil Energy sector but also into Renewable Energy, of which now is producing Biofuel (BioDiesel). She’s part of the NPOs that advocate GBV. As a Princess by birth right, she’s also a committed active member of South African Royal Princess Network (SARPN) providing support when needed and also taking part in finding solutions on how communities can be progressive.

Her NPO does a Skills Development Programme for Women and Youth so they make profits to support themselves, plus they get to be in a safe environment with less negativity from the community. And she’s also part of other Organisations that are involved in bringing change in the communities such as donations, motivations and more.

She’s a highly motivated woman that isn’t only patient, but she has strong leadership skills. As she’s passionate about bringing solutions to the challenges that arise.
