Nontokozo Hadebe

Ms Hadebe joined Transnet from IDC, where she was the Head of Corporate Strategy and Innovation: tasked with leading the development, implementation and monitoring of the IDC;s strategy Part of her responsibilities included leading a strategy execution office, capital budget modelling and allocation, driving innovation as well as embedding continuous improvements principles.

 

She has over 20 years combined experience in strategy development, strategic portfolio management and implementation of capital programmes in large enterprises with complex business processes. Nonto is a seasoned strategist known for her sharpness, analytical thinking and getting things done. She possess the experience required to deliver on complex projects, which puts her in good stead to lead the Strategy Delivery function to success.

 

Nonto’s qualifications, to name a few include: Masters in Business Leadership (UNISA), majoring in Corporate Strategy: Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy (Said Business School, University of Oxford) and Certificate Programme in Leadership Development. (Wits University).
