Nosipho Siwise-Damasane

Nosipho Siwise-Damasane is Chair and CEO of NS Enterprises, and chair of Richards Bay Coal Terminal. A rural girl from Peddie, Nosipho has won many awards including BWA Businesswoman of the Year and has been inducted into the Global Women Leaders Hall of Fame in 2017. She is also a woman of many firsts in a male dominated industry including CEO at Richards Bay Coal Terminal and Senior Vice President in Supply Chain for SASOL globally. She is highly experienced with more than 22 years’ executive management and operations experience. She is the founder of NS Enterprises, a 100% black woman owned private company specializing in Change Leadership and Transformation Management for corporate and government. She is passionate about the development and empowerment of women and the youth.
