Nozi has an academic background in Development Finance, International Studies & Diplomacy, and Political Sciences as an alumnus of the University of London, the University of Pretoria, and the University of Stellenbosch.

She sits on various boards including LRMG, Africa Leadership Initiative-South Africa, TEDxGresham Place and the BeyGOOD Global Citizen Fellowship.
