Nyeleti Manyike is ESG Analyst at the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) in Pretoria. Nyeleti is an MBA Candidate at Wits Business School who holds a Post – Graduate Diploma in Investment Management from Milpark Business School. She has over 15 years’ experience, working in diverse positions within the Asset Management and Financial Services sectors. Nyeleti holds Professional Membership with the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).

In her role as an ESG Analyst, Nyeleti is responsible for ensuring that ESG principles are adopted and integrated in the investment decision–making processes of investee companies in line with approved ESG governance frameworks. Moreover, she collaboratively works with investment teams on post monitoring of investments to further advance ESG value creation and contribute to the long – term goal of improved stewardship and sustainability.

Nyeleti’s Key Performance Indicators are embodied in best market practice principles and implementation aimed at contributing to the ongoing strategic development of sustainable ESG and implementation frameworks. Nyeleti is passionate about engaging companies and assisting them to understand their ESG risks and opportunities, and communicating their ESG performance to their stakeholders.

In her spare time, Nyeleti enjoys travelling, getting together with friends and family, reading books, hiking and exploring and trying out new restaurants.
