Obinna Okwodu

Obinna Okwodu is CEO of Fibre. Fibre provides guaranteed rental income for property owners in Nigeria, while being the easiest way for tenants to find and pay for a rental home in the country.

Obinna has been at Fibre since June 2016 in which time the company has generated over N400 million ($1 million) in guaranteed rental income, has served hundreds of tenants, and has a tenant waitlist of over 4,000 people. Prior to Fibre, Obinna worked as an analyst in Morgan Stanley’s real estate team in New York. He holds a dual degree in Civil Engineering and Management Science.
