Spearheading the planning and development of Uniciti on the West Coast of Mauritius, Olivier Desvaux de Marigny leads the master planning, urban planning strategies and deployment of all projects and components within the Medine Group’s smart city, as well as the smart initiatives earmarked as part of the city’s sustainable development strategy.

Olivier is responsible of promoting social and technological innovation, investigating and devising business development strategies, engaging residents over multiple channels and experimenting new approaches to create better urban living within the city. As the main interlocutor with public bodies, investors, consultants and experts, Olivier is the guardian of the successful implementation of Uniciti’s vision.
