Olufumilayo Funmi Dominic currently serves as the Head, Legal and Compliance.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a certified ISO 9001:2008 Auditor and a registered member of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria.

Olufumilayo Funmi Dominicwas admitted to the practice of law and called to bar in the year 2007. She has garnered over ten years work experience in various sectors including, private legal practice, telecommunications, financial and currently outsourcing consultancy services.

She has extensively deployed her skill as an in-house Counsel in drafting policies/agreements, fraud investigations, risk management, implementing the disciplinary process, implementing the insurance process and deploying business and ethical codes. She has served on various committees in the company including performance management, job profiling and has actively participated in conducting internal audits.
