Olufunto Towobola Akinterinwa

Olufunto Towobola Akinterinwa is a professional and qualified lawyer in Nigeria. She is the author of a novel, Stranded on Foreign Soil (Ibadan, Bolytag International Publishers, 2011), and also authored Activities of the House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora under the chairmanship of Honorable Abike Dabiri-Erewa. She has nine further books awaiting publication. Olufunto invented ‘Bible Board Game’, which is patented under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment. She has been advocating for the protection and advancement of the rights of women and girls in Nigeria for over two years. Olufunto Towobola Akinterinwa is a member of the Alabaster Jar Foundation, which helps, houses, and counsels abandoned teenage mothers. Olufunto has effective writing, communication, multitasking, organization, and coordination skills. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Olufunto plans to mentor women and girls in the areas of agriculture, creative writing, and sports.
