Oluwatosin Ajose

Tosin brings her immense knowledge of the sector to every real estate development transaction. Tosin has been actively engaged in regulatory efforts in the financing of real estate projects via the capital markets.

Tosin’s transaction experiences include advising the Lead Arranger (FBN Capital), the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company Plc, UPDC and advising on the aspects of the Warri Industrial Business Park project. Tosin earned her Bachelors of law degree from the University of Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She holds a Practice Diploma in International Capital Markets and Loans from the College of Law UK, 2009.
