Ouleymatou Bernadette Ogombe Sangare

Ouleymatou Bernadette Ogombe Sangareis a dynamic and smiling young woman who has nearly ten years of experience in the accounting and finance sector. After obtaining her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) degree in 2017, Ouleymatou Bernadette Ogombe Sangarecreated her own accounting firm, part of which is dedicated to small businesses. Bernadette is also very involved in her community through her NGO DIMOSIMORI, which both helps the poorest people in the community and fights for environmental issues in Gabon. Unon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Bernadette hopes to participate actively in the good governance of public finances.
