Pamela Mutembei

Pamela Mutembei has more than ten years in the banking industry. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate currently undertaking her MBA in Strategic Management and has various professional certificates, Pamela is a leader and cultivator of others. She has proficiently led the business teams in sourcing, managing and implementing new business.

Pamela Mutembei has refined her department’s vision through her skills in product development, brand communications and marketing as well as being a compelling source of strategic alliances and partnerships that add value to Credit Bank. Having made great strides at Credit Bank, she was also nominated for 2015’s Rising Star Award.

She has been instrumental in significantly increasing brand awareness and was part of the team that managed the expansion of Credit Bank by 6 branches in one and half years, to a total of 17 branches now. As custodian of products, she has come up with products that are viable, extremely competitive and are changing the face of banking as well as our business structure to ensure long term survival of the institution.
