Paulo Mandela do Amaral Martins is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the mining sector. He holds a degree in accounting from Africa University, in Zimbabwe and a Master’s in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Brazil.

He is member of the Order of Accountants and Expert Accountants of Angola. Before becoming Deputy General Manager for the Administrative Area of Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, he held others positions in mining, with emphasis on Head of the Accounting Department and Head of the Controllership Department.
