Penwell Lunga

Penwell joined the Steinhoff group on 1 September 2005 in the position of group industrial relations manager where he was responsible for the management of labour relations and labour law matters. He moved across to the KAP Industrial Holdings Limited (KAP) group in April 2012 when Steinhoff increased its interest in KAP. He has extensive experience in industrial relations and has represented the group in various industry-based industrial relations structures. In June 2016 he was appointed as the group stakeholder relations executive, focusing primarily on industrial relations matters and community interactions in the regions where the group operates. Penwell holds B.Juris, LLB, MBA and MSc (Human Resources) qualifications.
