Peter Akindeju

Peter Akindeju is the Managing Director/CEO of ICS Limited.

Peter Akindeju has over 15 years experience in top management positions. He currently leads the Top Outsourcing Company in Nigeria, with headquarters in Lagos and offices in the six geopolitical zones of the country and Business subsidiary in Ghana.

He has deployed his deep analytical and problem-solving skills in various functions covering Learning and Development, Recruitment, Operations, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Advisory and Governance. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from The Business School, Netherlands (BSN) and was recently awarded a Ph.D. (Honoris Causa) in Human Capital Development.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors-IoD. A full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Mgt (CIPM NIGERIA) and a member of Financial Reporting Council Of Nigeria(FRCN).

A Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Commerce. He is a fellow at the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria(AOPN) and also sits on the Regional Advisory Board of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Peter has executive training on Corporate Strategy & Finance from the European Management Development Institute (EMADIN), Brussels; Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class from IAOP, Canada. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS-CEP26), and IESE Business school, Spain. A certified DDC 8/6 Instructor for the National Safety Council, USA.
