Peter Joel

Peter Joel is an Organisational Development professional who develops and implements sustainable cultural and technical improvements for organisations large and small.  Since 2003, he has been the Director and Principle Consultant at On the Business Consulting.  On the Business Consulting takes a “whole of business” approach to aligning organisational structure and business processes to strategy and mission.

In 2011, he came to Lesotho with Australian Volunteers International and got involved in a number of community based projects, including The Hub.  Peter helped us take what was then just a concept and develop it into a comprehensive business model, which could be presented to funders and sponsors.  His support continued in the search for sponsors, and continues today as a Strategic Advisor on topics including Sustainability, Programme Design, Operations Management and Business Planning.
