Pfungwa Gore Serima

Pfungwa joined Metrofile Holdings on 1 February 2016 as CEO designate and took over as Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 April 2016. He has over 27 years working experience across public and private sector organisations.

Prior to joining Metrofile, Pfungwa was the Executive Chairman of SAP Africa and responsible SAP’s business strategy on the continent. Before that he served as SAP’s CEO for seven years. Prior to joining SAP, Pfungwa spent four years with Microsoft South Africa, being promoted from Director: Services Group to Managing Director in June 2006 and leading South African business operations. In earlier years, Pfungwa was CEO at Accenture Technology Solutions and Accenture Technology Infrastructure Services.
