Phetso Maphanga

Phetso started his early football career with his local team, Temba Football Club. His older brother believed so much in his talent, that he took Phetso to his first trials at Mamelodi Sundowns. It was at these trials that Maphanga was scouted by Coach Dan Malesela who signed him into the Sundowns Development Program. Phetso then moved to Cape Town All Stars alongside Maselela before making his professional debut at Chippa United against Amazulu. Now in the black and white of the Buccaneers, Maphanga hopes to win many titles with the club. His ambition is to one day play for an internationally renowned club overseas.
