Prince Nyembe is a South African Entrepreneur and the of CEO of Tau Matla commodity mining with Shares and investments in various companies such as Blac Business Africa, Blac Digital, The Brand Space, Studio Space Pictures, 2KP Procurement,Global international, Global Medicare and Mashabela Investment Group. He is also the founder of Pudi Crypto Exchange.
Prince is a Business Strategy Guru, with 18 years experience in the Media & Marketing Corporate industry. After working forMafube Publishing, Results Media Group Highbury Safika, He founded his own Media Company, Check Mate media Pty Ltd and began winning a solid client base. His experience spans from having headed up magazines such as the Enterprise Magazine, Black Business Directory, Garry Player Golfers Guide, PGA South Africa (Professional Golfers Association) The Wits Business Journal and the Southern Sun Equinox to assisting luxury brands with the development and executionn of marketing strategies. Prince was tasked with introducing international brands into the urban African Market his clientele included brands such as Uber, Sony,Beats by Dre, Conjure cognac, Monster Energy, Skull Candy, Armand de Brignac owned by Jay-Z (Known as Ace of Spades) Cruz Vodka, Reebok, HonourCognac, X Box and many more.
Prince who was formerly AKA’s manager and business partner. Together, Prince Nyembe founded Beam Group with Kiernan Forbes, otherwise known as the Multi-award-winning South African Hip Hop Artist “AKA“. Kiernan himself on Social Media coined the colloquial use of the term “Beams”. This term alludes to bright lights, star power and ultimate success. This is the underlying philosophy of the group and is the driving force behind all we do.

AKA himself is involved end-to-end in the creative process of these productions, from hand-picking the line-ups to selecting the venues and cities and crafting the motif to give the ultimate concert experience.

Prince began building Beam Group and implementing strategies and structures in 2016 with his corporate experience and relationships the company made 17 million in the first financial quarter by then end of the 2018 financial quarter the company had made 28 million.
Prince hit the ground running bringing in deals such as Cruz Vintage Black this was AKA’s First ever endorsement deal that saw the star rise to being a mogul and elevating his brand officially making him no 1 amongst his pears he became more than just a musician.
Prince together with AKA created Water melon prince was highly influenced by rapper and mogul Sean Puffy Combs and he wanted the same for AKA he wanted him to have his own liquor brand this was the first deal of its kind in AFRICA opening doors for many celebritiess in the industry to also create thereown liquor brands. Water melon sold out the first week of launch Cruz became so successfull that Distellmade an offer and bought the brand for 200 million making it Distells first ever luxury brand.
Between 2016 and 2018 Prince went on to bring more deals and release music such as the Reebok. Classic endorsement, the deal put Reebok at number one amongst its competitors after struggling for many years too capture the urban market. Prince together with his young creative team began building ideasaround The Supa Mega Reebok Classic Shoe,The AKA Vodacom Mobile App, Supa Mega Shows, The AKA Mobile phone ,The Supa Mega Mart Ecommerce platform , Supa Mega merchandise, Aka foundation, he also executive produced the Be careful what you wish for album (BCWYWF) with AKA & Anatti and The Touch My Blood album (TMB) released under Beam Group which is now 2 times platinum with 7 single plaques. With Prince leading the pack Beam Group dominated the music industryfor three long years breaking bounders and creating trends for the growing entertainment industry.
Prince has always had a passion and drive to create new ventures Mining has always been in the bloodline of princes family .In 2018, Prince had been actively involved with export coal and commodity trading. Since then, he has targeted mining ventures for himself. He has developed an empowerment partnership with Anora Holdings and became prudent although there had been various other business relations with Anora Holdings’ directors and owners.
In the same year Prince formed Tau Matla, The Lion Enterprise named after his sons Tau and Matla meaning Power . Tau Matla is a supply chain management and general trading company lead by a passionate and dedicated team. Tau Matla currently holds projects and assets in Chrome ,Coal ,Iron Ore and Crude oil . Prince wanted to continue his fathers legacy he has vast experience capabilities and is a quick passionate learner. He is a dedicated Mining trader and strategist with years of experience working in the mining sector . He has been overseeing mining community relationships and ensuring smart, efficient mining plans . His committed to coordinating planning schedules and maintaining production goals.
