Priscilla Akoto Bamfo

Priscilla Akoto Bamfo has over two years’ experience in the banking industry and has encountered about a 1,000 Ghanaian SMEs. With her current position as a relationship officer with UT Bank, Tamale Branch, one critical role is to thoroughly understand the business of her customers, so lending is done properly to ensure the bank’s asset quality is spot on. The influence of her studies in BSc Geography and Resource Development, University of Ghana, as well her avid reading, has filled her with a passion to see a more knowledgeable and empowered generation and she jointly established an NGO, Little Beginnings Trust Foundation, which seeks to utilize exciting activities to realize this objective. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Priscilla Akoto Bamfo seeks to introduce innovation to the bank systems to assist customers in determining their profitability, as part of the relationship services offered to clients of the bank.
