Priscillah Ndadi

Priscillah Ndadi is the Botswana Life Chief Operations Officer. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Botswana Life’s Premium Collections Manager. Here she was responsible for the collection of P 90 Million premium income as well as the relationship management of 250 collection partners.Her work experience spans over a decade where she has worked in managerial positions for the most part.

One of her key achievements during her career with Botswana Life is redesigning the Premium Collections Processes and cutting costs by 22% in June 2015.She holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, has completed The Leadership Development Program with Stellenbosch University and she has a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Botswana.

Priscillah Ndadi is an Executive with broad experience in all aspects of customer service, operations/administration and client relationship management.
