Prof. Baakile Motshegwa

Professor Baakile Motshegwa, graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Doctor of Philosophy in Management which she attained in 2008. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration attained in 1992 and 1995, respectively.

Her career took off when she was appointed as a Personnel Officer at the Directorate of Public Service in 1992. She has over the years held various positions in the Human Resources field until she joined the University of Botswana in 2001. Baakile Motshegwa is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Botswana in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies.
