I am a global leader with a vast experience as a Board Member, Technology Commercialisation Incubator Founder, Research Chair, Industrial Engineering Professor, Academic Leader and Industrial Consultant. My knowledge is anchored in the principles of the fourth industrial revolution applied in manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, Expert Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics in Manufacturing and Mechatronics. As a founder of a manufacturing incubator I am currently actively involved in industrialisation of research and development for commercialisation. I am resolute to acquire unequalled managerial acumen in both the technical and the business aspects of my engagements. through the experience of independent research and leadership i have grown to have initiative, work with a team at a local institutional level, at a national consortium level and at the international level, this has grown my interpersonal skills immensely. I describe myself as an effective team player, self-starter, systematic thinker and worker, passionate about my responsibilities, a perseverant individual who is results oriented. In my relating to a range of stakeholders in my various roles I am focused on perfecting the art of listening to the stakeholder and with integrity and trustworthiness meeting their needs timeously.
